1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Exploro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Exploro provides an AI-powered chatbot platform for travel bloggers. We scrape your publicly available blog content, train an AI chatbot on that content, and provide an embeddable widget that your visitors can interact with. Visitors may purchase premium itinerary access, with profits shared between you and Exploro.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your blog content. By connecting your blog to Exploro, you grant us a non-exclusive license to scrape, process, store, and use your publicly available content for the purpose of training and operating the AI chatbot on your behalf.
5. Profit Share
When visitors purchase premium itinerary access through your widget, profit (after payment processing fees) is split as follows: 70% to you (the blogger) and 30% to Exploro. Payouts are processed monthly, subject to minimum threshold requirements. Exploro reserves the right to modify the profit split with 30 days' written notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's operation
- Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use the Platform to distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Resell or redistribute the widget or its output without authorization
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can stop using Exploro by removing the widget from your site and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Exploro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
